What is PropPrint?

PropPrint is an innovative, full-service design and print company that provides resident communication, marketing and resident retention programs to property management companies. Our flagship product – premium resident newsletters – are the cornerstone of our product offering. We offer several different resident newsletters, all of which are designed to improve resident communications, build a sense of community and improve existing resident retention and marketing programs. Beyond our resident newsletters, we offer design and print services for a broad range of products including business cards, stationery, floor plans brochures, welcome kits, direct mail pieces and more.

How does the PropPrint newsletter program work?

The purpose of our service is to enable you to produce professional-quality newsletters quickly, easily and inexpensively. Each month, we take the information you supply via the internet, fax or mail and incorporate it onto the front and back pages of your four-page newsletter. We then complete the two inside pages with professionally written articles and features along with full-color photos and artwork.

When is my information due?

Your information is generally due on the 15th to qualify for our Delivery Guarantee. Of course, you can take longer to submit your material if you like. During the month you will receive one or more order reminder via e-mail. Order any time you like or respond to one of the reminders by telling us to wait for your information. We are more than happy to accommodate your schedule.

Are there any additional fees if I order after the 15th of the month?

Absolutely not! You may qualify for a discount or a special gift if you order early, but we would never charge you extra for ordering late. Unfortunately, this is not true of our competitors. (If you are an Illustratus customer, you know what we are talking about.) We work for you, you do not work for us. Don’t worry. Order whenever you like.

When can I expect to receive my resident newsletters?

Any order received before 5:00 p.m. EST on the 15th of the month, is guaranteed for delivery on or before the 1st of the month of publication (unless the 1st falls on a weekend or federal holiday, at which time your newsletters may be delivered on the following business day). If you submit your order after the 15th, your order will be handled as quickly as possible and will still likely be delivered to your property on or before the 1st of the month of publication.

Where does the information I submit appear in the newsletter?

Generally, your professionally designed monthly newsletters consist of four pages. Each month, you have complete editorial control over the front and back pages. With over twelve years experience creating resident newsletters, our creative team and editorial staff will design your newsletter to emphasize the content your provide. Generally, your articles will appear on the front and back of the newsletter. Your important dates are highlighted by our unique calendar designs. Your staff, hours and important phone numbers are prominently placed on the front of your resident newsletter. Don’t forget to take advantage of our Premium Service, which now allows you to include full-color photography to highlight a special resident, unique event, amenity, or to build a sense of community with a special message for you or your staff.

Do you offer proofreading?

Of course! Professional proofreading is included in your subscription at no additional cost. Our editors will ensure that any typographical errors, misspellings and obvious grammatical errors are corrected so that you'll always look your best.

What if I don't submit any information?

With your subscription, you will always receive a professionally designed newsletter--even when you run out of time or inspiration to provide your own content. If you can't find content for the newsletter or are too busy, we'll do it for you. We’ll take your current information on staff, hours of operations and phone numbers and add entertaining general-interest articles or articles from your own list of favorites. This free service guarantees you'll always receive a professionally produced newsletter in a timely fashion.

What kind of information is included on the inside pages of my newsletter?

Our professional writers and editors complete the two inside pages of your resident newsletter with informative, colorful articles that were specifically designed to enhance your resident communication and resident retention programs. Each month, our editorial staff creates content that merges general interest content – seasonal events, trivia, valuable consumer news, and more – with content that helps improve resident retention by building a true sense of community.

Can I include my property logo or management company logo?

Of course. Your brand is important to you and your residents. We can include any logos you like, including the Fair Housing and Handicap Accessible logo. When you subscribe, we will provide you with specific instruction on including any logos you like.

Do I have to write my own content?

Of course not!  With your subscription, you will have access to hundreds and hundreds of pre-written property management articles. You can use these articles as they are or you can edit them to suit your needs.  If you cannot find an article to suit your needs, just give us the “who, what, where and when” of your event and one of our editors will write an article for you free of charge. Feel like going it alone and writing your own content? No problem! Our editorial staff will help you by proofing. We will help you deliver your message as effectively as possible.

If I'm not completely pleased with my first newsletter, what do I do?

No problem. We offer a No-Risk Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your first newsletters, you can return them and there will be absolutely no charge. Just contact a member of our Customer Support Team at (888) 667-8000.  

Is there a contract I have to sign?

No. Some of our corporate clients enter into contracts for production of a portfolio-wide resident newsletter, but our standard subscription does not include a long-term commitment. Cancel at any time. All we ask is that you give us 30 days notice because we are always producing your resident newsletters a month in advance so that we can deliver them to you on or before the 1st on the month of publication.  

How much does the apartment newsletter subscription cost?

Our pricing is the most competitive in the industry. In fact, we will meet or beat most comparable competitor’s pricing. We have a variety of services and several different pricing plans. Can I receive a bi-monthly or quarterly newsletter?

Yes. There is a small additional charge applied for bi-monthly and quarterly subscriptions, but our competitive pricing may be less than you are currently paying, even with the small additional charge. How do I use a P.O. number?

If you are required to have a P.O. number on invoices, please submit it with your monthly order. Some of our clients obtain a single P.O. number that they use for all resident newsletter order. Whatever you prefer, we can accommodate you.

Do you offer group discounts?

Of course!
